Three Interim Senior Data/Information Managers

Make data AI-ready, for real. AI is only as good as the data behind it. Our client, a global industrial company based in Södertälje, is moving from traditional Data Management to AI-ready Data Management. We´re looking for three experienced Interim Data/Information Managers who want to make a real difference in practice, not just on paper.

The assignment

You`ll step in where strategy meets reality. Working closely with the business, you´ll develop frameworks, principles and ways of working that people actually use. You´ll build enterprise data and information models and set up semantic and context layers. Your job is to make data governed, trusted and understood, so it can power analytics and AI across the organisation.

You will

• lead the shift to AI-ready Data Management

• coach business areas through the change, from framework to implementation

• bring expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, Metadata Management and Information Architecture

• connect business concepts, metadata, ontologies and technical data structures

• build bridges between business, IT, architecture, data and AI teams

Who you are

• You're senior, hand-on and focused on delivery. You challenge old ways of working, make complex topics simple and bring people along with you.

You have

• at least 7 years in Data/Information Management or Data Governance, including at least 5 years of transformation work in large, complex organisations

• solid experience with enterprise data models, information models, conceptual models, taxonomies or ontologies

• a strong understanding of what AI needs from data, and how current practices must change to deliver it

• a degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field

• fluent English, Swedish is a plus

• Location, Södertälje, mainly on-site, 3-5 days/week
