Student Job: Communication, Business Development & AI

Are you sharp at understanding what drives a business – and how communication, content and digital tools can support it? Are you passionate about translating insights, data and strategy into concrete actions – and do you want to use AI as a natural tool in the process? Then you might be the next student assistant we are looking for at Nextt & Mason.

Your Role

As a student assistant with us, you will become an important part of our marketing and communication efforts, where your most important task is to understand our business – and use that understanding to drive and develop our communication across Denmark and Sweden.

You will take on a coordinator role, contributing to connecting strategy, messaging and communication. This means you will work on seeing the connection between our business goals and the way we communicate and create content.

You will among other things work with:

• Analysis and insights – translating business goals and market needs into relevant communication initiatives

• Planning and structure – developing and maintaining our content plan, based on the business's priorities

• Communication and storytelling – producing and adapting texts, videos and visual narratives that support the commercial direction

• AI and efficiency – using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and others for research, idea generation and production

• Coordination and collaboration – acting as the link between communication, management and the business

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Are towards the end of a bachelor's degree or have started a master's programme

• Your academic background can be varied. Your drive, your ability to understand business and communication, and your motivation to work with AI are more important

• Have an understanding of – and interest in – business, strategy and growth

• See communication and content as a way to create value for the business

• Work in a structured and analytical manner, but also creatively and with a solution-oriented mindset

• Are comfortable in Danish and English – and curious about Swedish

• Are curious about AI-assisted working methods and thrive in an environment where technology and business go hand in hand
