The company is a well-established Danish business and part of an international, private equity-owned group.

It is a market leader within its industry, developing and producing IoT solutions (mechanical, electronic, and software-based) that are sold globally.

The company is currently on a strong growth journey, where there is a need to further professionalize quality across products, processes, and suppliers.

The Quality Manager will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. There is one direct report, and approximately 15-25 travel days per year are expected once possible again.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Overall management and operation of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs area.

• Ensure that strategies, policies, and action plans are developed and implemented in accordance with the company’s objectives.

• Prepare and manage the quality department budget and ensure compliance with financial targets.

• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on key quality metrics.

• Conduct ongoing follow-up on supplier and customer complaints.

• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with suppliers and customers, including responsibility for investigation and resolution of defective products.

• Prepare regular reports on internal and external environmental and occupational health conditions, including annual Sustainability statistics for the Group.

• Initiate Workplace Assessments (APV) according to legislation and ensure follow-up actions.

• Participate in the company’s Health and Safety Organization (AMO).

• Ensure that the company complies with local regulatory requirements and that all compliance is properly documented.

• Ensure quality requirements are integrated into product development and manufacturing.

• Oversee and ensure adherence to the project model for development projects.

• Ensure that quality requirements are implemented in projects before the product is released for production.

• Hold overall responsibility for quality, environmental, and safety management, including building, implementing, and maintaining management and quality systems (IPW).

• Develop and ensure that relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines are in place for the company.

• Act as Internal Auditor, ensuring continuous compliance and adherence to company processes and procedures.
