Our client is part of an internationally owned group with a strong presence across the Nordic countries and is currently on an exciting growth journey.
The company’s core business is the distribution of products within industrial ingredients/chemicals, pharma, and personal care, offering both logistics and value-added services across the supply chain.
The current QHSE Manager will be leaving at the end of November 2022, allowing for a potential handover period in the following months.
This position requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, registration, documentation, and safety. You will work broadly across all areas of QHSE and play a key role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.
The QHSE Manager will report to the Nordic Managing Director based in Malmö and will have daily leadership responsibility for two QHSE team members.
Key Responsibilities and Success Criteria:
• Ensure smooth daily operations and close collaboration with the business.
• Maintain high quality, efficiency, and speed in processes to the benefit of customers and the company.
• Participate actively in the project related to the new warehouse facility and GDP certification.
• Support, develop, and lead the QHSE team through change, ensuring clear prioritization and focus.
• Maintain an open, solution-oriented, and positive communication style with the wider organization.
• Willingness to travel to the company’s site in Malmö up to twice a month.
