There is an opportunity for a permanent position, and the company is looking for a passionate candidate with the potential and ambition to expand the role over time into a National & International Sales and Marketing Director.

Company

Founded in 2010, the company focuses on wholesale distribution of exclusive home decoration products. Since its establishment, it has experienced steady growth and development.

Today, the company has 8 employees and offers 600-800 SKUs, with new collections launched twice a year (Easter & Christmas).

Approximately 80% of the collection changes annually, while the remaining 20% consists of a NOOS range (Never Out of Stock).

The company is in a strong growth phase, aiming to fully realize its potential across Denmark, Scandinavia, and international markets - in that order.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for sales and key account management, including chain agreements and major customers.

• Contribute to refining the sales strategy together with the board, ensuring achievement of ambitious growth plans aimed at quadrupling current revenue.

• Execute strategic action plans and establish the most effective, market-adapted sales structure across markets.

• Lead and motivate the sales organization, consisting of 2 field sales representatives in Denmark, international agents, and 2 internal sales coordinators.

• Scale sales operations, expanding the network of agents and sales channels in export markets.

• Provide input and collaboration related to marketing initiatives.

Experience and Background

• Proven experience as Sales Manager nationally and internationally (required).

• Strategic experience in building and managing sales organizations across countries.

• Experience with retail sales.

• Experience in home decoration/design is an advantage, but not a requirement.

• Understanding of the interface between sales and marketing.

• Experience with multiple sales channels, e.g. webshops, phone sales, or direct B2B from the Danish office.

• Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, following up on targets for both internal and external sellers/agents.
