This is a management-buy-in case, where Nextt Management is looking for a candidate interested in buying and taking over a profitable and robust company. Nextt Management offers this opportunity in close cooperation with a strategic M&A partner.
Requirements for the right candidate
• A skilled and motivating leader with flair for sales and finance.
• Has the capital resources to acquire the company - Sales price in the range of DKK 6 million.
• Geographical mobility that allows for a daily presence in Southwest Jutland on a permanent basis or at least until a possible relocation of the company.
The company
For many years, the company has served customers throughout Denmark and has a strong profile in the industry. Over the years, the company has developed into the customers’ service partner with a focus on high quality, flexibility in solutions and delivery reliability.
Customers
This is a B2B company with 80-90% of customers primarily within distribution of physical publications, marketing materials, direct marketing etc. 10-20% of customers are companies that use the mentioned company as a warehouse and distributor of their products, which creates high loyalty as a business partner. For both business areas, there is a large growth potential.
Organization
The company currently has 5 employees. The current owner has the primary management responsibility for employees, finance and sales. There is great untapped potential through a more structured approach to the sale of the company’s core services.
Accounts and financial key figures
In recent years, profit before tax has been around DKK 2 million. The result for 2020 is expected to be 15-20% below this, which is solely attributed to the lockdown of Denmark in Q2 in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. Other financial key figures will be provided upon signing of an NDA in connection with subsequent dialogues with Nextt Management.
Reason for sale
The current owner wishes to spend time on other activities. Depending on circumstances, the current owner is willing to discuss the possibility of being associated with the company for a shorter or longer period.
