Interim VP of Delivery to Danish healthtech-company
About the company
Our client is a Danish healthtech company that designs and develops digital health solutions. The company operates in a highly regulated market and is transitioning from a resource-intensive, customer-specific delivery model to a more standardized and scalable software business.
The assignment
The company needs an experienced interim profile to take over operational responsibility for project management and delivery of customer solutions, and to develop and optimize the delivery model. As the company is underway with, but has not yet completed, a transition toward a more scalable business, project resources remain a scarce factor this year in terms of delivering revenue. A key task for the new VP Delivery will therefore be to identify what can be optimized in order to deliver as much revenue as possible in the current year.
At the same time, the purpose is to ensure that the company's existing leaders can focus more on the transformation effort itself and the build-out of the software platform.
In short
Reports to the company's COO
Responsible for a Director of Project Management and the overall PM organization
Matrix collaboration with the Tech, Design, and Compliance leadership
Core task: optimize delivery and thereby revenue, while freeing up management bandwidth
Experience from regulated sectors, ideally healthtech / pharma / life science, will be a significant advantage
