Our client is one of Denmark’s leading suppliers of medical equipment and services to the healthcare sector. The company operates in more than 12 countries and is owned by an international private equity fund. The Danish organization counts approximately 200 employees and will undergo organizational changes over the coming 3-4 months.
The Interim Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the Danish Warehouse and Demand & Supply Planning departments. The role includes two direct reports and overall responsibility for around 60 employees, including team leaders (to be reduced to approx. 45 after the organizational change).
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall leadership and people management of Supply Chain operations in Denmark
• Ensure stable and efficient warehouse operations
• Support the Demand & Supply Planning team during their transition to a new organization
• Monitor efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Oversee reporting and performance tracking
• Maintain strong collaboration with Danish management, Sales, Finance, the Nordic Transport Manager, and international Supply Chain colleagues
