Our client is a well-established Danish plastics company, founded in 1978, known for its high-quality, well-designed and aesthetic products.
The main product lines are designed and manufactured in Denmark, with strong international sales and distribution.
Due to a recent resignation, the company is now seeking an Interim Supply Chain Manager to join as soon as possible to ensure operational continuity until a permanent hire is made.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Lead and coordinate the Supply Chain team (one freight forwarder and two planners).
• Manage order handling, production and warehouse planning to meet sales order delivery targets.
• Contribute to the development of planning frameworks and methodologies.
• Follow up on S&OP processes and forecasts.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, batch control implementation, and value monitoring.
• Evaluate and report Supply Chain KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate activities and communication with international partners and suppliers.
