Our client operates as a shared secretariat providing service, coordination, and administration across a member-owned organization. To strengthen cohesion, we are seeking an Interim SLA Project Manager to establish a common framework agreement and individual SLAs for the different member groups. This may also include the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) to support the work.

As Interim SLA Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving a strategically important project that defines how the secretariat delivers services to various areas. Experience within this field is essential. The focus will be on establishing agreements, ensuring transparency, and supporting the organization with documentation and continuous improvements.

You will work closely with the Director, department heads, and functional managers, and your role will be to unite stakeholders around shared goals and deliverables that work effectively in practice.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Establish a common framework agreement and individual SLAs for each group.

• Map service needs, requirements, and expectations through dialogue with the Director, department heads, and functional managers.

• Develop KPIs and reporting structures to monitor and evaluate service levels.

• Potentially establish and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) supporting the SLAs.

• Ensure alignment between SLAs and any quality management systems, with focus on continuous improvement.

• Report on project progress and milestones to management.

Profile and Qualifications

• Proven project management experience - ideally from consultancy or time-limited projects.

• Strong knowledge of SLAs, service management, and contract management.

• Experience with quality management (e.g. ISO 9001 or similar) is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, create structure, and manage complex processes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills - comfortable interacting with directors, department heads, and specialists.

• Relevant educational background, e.g. in administration, law, economics, quality management, or project management.
