Our client develops, manufactures, and markets high-tech medical equipment with an export ratio close to 100%, serving customers across more than 100 markets worldwide. The company is part of a listed international group and continues to experience strong, profitable growth.
The Danish subsidiary employs approximately 100 people across production, aftersales, R&D, and administration. The service business is strategically important and has shown significant expansion in recent years.
We are seeking an Interim Service Manager to lead the Service Engineering and Helpdesk departments, consisting of about 10 employees.
Reporting: To the Aftersales Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate teams operating under high workload and time pressure
• Prioritize resources, tasks, and ensure efficient coordination
• Optimize workflows, roles, and responsibilities across departments
• Maintain and further develop a scalable service organization to support continued growth
• Contribute actively with input to the future organizational setup and strategy
