Our client is a fast-growing, Nordic-oriented sales organisation in power tools and safety equipment, which has more than doubled its workforce over the past five years. The company operates across seven countries and is driven by a flat, decision-oriented culture with a high pace and a clear sales focus.The HR function is under pressure, with TA resources absent for the next 3–4 months. A new strategic initiative has just been approved, which will trigger a recruitment wave of up to 15 positions – primarily within sales – that need to be filled before the end of summer, with a start date of 1 August. The need is urgent.The Interim Senior TA Partner will step in and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in Denmark, reporting directly to the Nordic HR Manager. The primary focus is on the Danish sales organisation as well as any back-office positions.Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end recruitment processes primarily within the Danish sales organisation and back office

  • Build trusted relationships with the organisation and the hiring managers

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process

  • Administer and interpret test feedback using Master (ACE, MPA and OPTO) assessment tools

  • Support and guide hiring managers through a structured and clearly defined recruitment process

  • Screen and conduct pre-interviews with candidates prior to referral to hiring managers

  • Manage parallel recruitment processes across job categories and deadlines

Profile:You are an experienced TA professional, or an HRBP with solid TA experience, who has navigated high recruitment pressure while maintaining oversight. You know the process from end to end and don't hesitate to take initiative, make the necessary call, or reach a decision.You are comfortable engaging with sales managers and understand when direction needs to be set and the process kept on track – even when there are many balls in the air. You communicate clearly and directly.You are certified in, or open to fast-track certification in, Master. You have experience working in Workday, particularly the recruitment module. You are accustomed to recruiting for sales positions and understand what makes a strong salesperson – including when the role is more specialist than generalist.
