Our client is a Danish-owned food group with a strong international presence. The company operates in a dynamic market and is active in around 100 countries.
The QA work across the organization is currently undergoing a strategic restructuring and systematization. The company has increased its focus on quality assurance and therefore needs to streamline QA processes, structure daily tasks and challenges, set clear priorities, and ensure that actions are implemented consistently throughout the organization.
The work will be carried out in close coordination with the Quality Director - and with direct reference to the Quality Director, you will have the daily management responsibility for the 4 QA Coordinators in the department. You will act as a daily sparring partner and coach for these QA Coordinators.
Responsibilities and Success Criteria
• Lead and develop the 4 QA Coordinators to work more independently
• Prioritize the team’s tasks and initiatives
• Solve day-to-day QA challenges and operational issues
• Ensure and strengthen communication with key stakeholders in the organization, particularly within production
• Train and develop QA competencies across the organization
• Drive and implement production optimization initiatives
