Our client is a PE-backed group that owns and operates independent brands within the European healthcare services industry. The company was founded more than 25 years ago and operates across 4 European countries with more than 1,000 employees. The group has demonstrated remarkable growth, which is expected to continue in the years ahead.
The company is currently executing a strategically and commercially important project: the replacement of its core HR system as well as the company's planning and workforce scheduling system. The project spans Denmark, the UK, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
The position reports to the Group CHRO. The Interim Senior Project Manager joins a well-functioning project team and works closely with IT and internal stakeholders across countries.
Responsibilities:
Lead the go-live scenario for the HRIT and planning system across DK, UK, and SE
Ensure testing and validation of data and systems against each other during the transition period
Drive resolution of complex IT integrations in close collaboration with the IT organisation
Ensure progress and structure throughout the project — prioritise and resolve open issues
Prepare and lead the Netherlands phase post-summer, including analysis and clean-up of existing processes and setup
Stakeholder management and acting as the link between HR, the business, and IT
Profile:
Experienced senior project manager with a solid track record in HRIT implementations and/or system integrations
Strong technical understanding of IT integrations and data flows, with the ability to facilitate solution processes with IT
Experience with go-live processes, testing, and change management in complex organisations
Pragmatic and solution-oriented — thrives in an organisation where getting the job done comes first
Humble in approach and able to navigate a broad, international stakeholder landscape without creating friction
