We are looking for a technically strong Interim Senior Manager to lead the implementation of key customer projects for our client.
The company consists of 14 employees with backgrounds in industrial expertise, software implementation, software development, UX, and advanced data analytics. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen with a development team abroad.
They develop and implement software solutions that help large Danish and international companies optimize service operations and structure data to create actionable insights for operational teams.
Currently, the company operates mainly within the energy sector across Northern Europe, though there is significant international potential in service and maintenance of industrial equipment more broadly.
The Interim Senior Manager will join the implementation team, which includes two project managers and a skilled developer team.
Responsibilities and Tasks
• Manage customer contact and identify customer business domains
• Plan and conduct workshops with clients
• Document and clarify business processes
• Design solutions, including overall architecture and data model design
• Design and implement integrations
• Plan project execution and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor project progress, including status reporting, budget, and timeline
