The agency’s IT Operations and System Management Unit consists of approximately 50 employees divided into three teams, organized around key applications.
We are now looking for an Interim Senior IT Team Lead for the largest team, which is responsible for the agency’s two main applications.
You will lead a team of around 20 people and report directly to the Head of IT Operations and System Management.
The team’s responsibilities include architecture, support, testing, and system management (contract and vendor management).
All operations - including backend, middleware, applications, and software development - are outsourced.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the team of 20 employees
• Ensure optimal prioritization of tasks and resource allocation
• Conduct stakeholder management across the organization
• Handle contract and vendor management
• Oversee financial follow-up and budget control
• Take charge of task force activities and emergency management
Background
• Extensive IT leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of IT operations and system management
• Solid understanding of outsourced IT environments
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes
