For a large Danish international production company with head office in East Jutland, we are looking for a Senior International HR Manager with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards. The company is functionally organized, and the role is within Finance/IT.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing functional people strategies as integral part of business strategy
- Action as group interface
- Aling and deploying of HR processes, polices, tools and program
- Providing chance, consulting, and learning know-how
- Drive transformation and the culture journey
P&C development:
- Develop capabilities and high performing teams motivating and empowering top management
- Develop and drive organizational design and development aligned to business demands
- Engaging and enabling change management
- Secure talent development
Leadership:
- Leading P&C projects with regional/ heads to ensuring regional scalability
- Drive contiguous improvement
- Dotted line leadership for local P&C partners
- Key performance Measures
Key stakeholders:
- C-level and functional management teams
