For a large Danish international production company with head office in East Jutland, we are looking for a Senior International HR Manager with the possibility of permanent employment afterwards. The company is functionally organized, and the role is within Finance/IT.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing functional people strategies as integral part of business strategy
Action as group interface
Aling and deploying of HR processes, polices, tools and program
Providing chance, consulting, and learning know-how
Drive transformation and the culture journey
P&C development:
Develop capabilities and high performing teams motivating and empowering top management
Develop and drive organizational design and development aligned to business demands
Engaging and enabling change management
Secure talent development
Leadership:
Leading P&C projects with regional/ heads to ensuring regional scalability
Drive contiguous improvement
Dotted line leadership for local P&C partners
