We are looking for an Interim Senior HR Coordinator for a global production and sales company that is the world leader within its industry. In Denmark, the company is represented by three strong brands.

The Interim Manager will join the Scandinavian HR team, consisting of five people, and report directly to the Scandinavian HR Manager.

From the beginning of the year, the company has implemented the HR system Workday across the entire international organization.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Serve as a key person in the implementation and ongoing work with Workday

• Ensure optimal HR processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date HR data in the system

• Handle administrative HR tasks, including recruitment, employment contracts, and amendments, in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner, Payroll Manager, and company leaders

• Manage reimbursement applications related to parental leave and sick leave

• Update and maintain the employee handbook and HR policies

• Maintain close contact with HR colleagues across the EMEA region
