Our client is a well-established Nordic company that has operated in Denmark for over 30 years.
The company provides welfare services to Danish municipalities.
The specific department consists of approximately 50 employees, and the Interim Senior Controller will report directly to the Regional Director.
We are looking for an Interim Senior Controller who can clean up the finance function and implement initiatives to ensure a profitable business going forward. The Interim Senior Controller will work closely with the daily head of the department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Analyze and map the current financial situation (costs, revenue, payroll, etc.)
• Identify the sources of unprofitable operations
• Develop and initiate initiatives to ensure profitable performance
• Build improved management and planning tools, based on strengthened financial and operational insight in the organization
• Ensure better data quality from stakeholders and engage in active dialogue with them
• Experience working with municipal and public institutions will be considered an advantage
