Our client is an international manufacturing company that designs and produces advanced process systems for the global market. Through innovation and high-tech engineering, the company has established a leading position in its niche, generating an annual turnover of DKK 300–400 million.
Headquartered in Denmark, the company operates smaller production locally and a larger facility in Romania. It is part of a mid-sized group with presence in more than 10 countries and U.S. ownership. The organization operates as a project-driven business, managing complex, large-scale installations.
The Interim Senior Business Controller will report directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and reporting from the Shared Financial Service Center abroad and from project units
• Participate in annual closing and preparation of statutory financial statements and group consolidation inputs
• Conduct cash flow analyses and reporting to Danish authorities (Danmarks Statistik)
• Review, optimize, and standardize financial and project-related processes
• Perform financial controlling, business analyses, and management presentations
• Provide ad hoc financial support and operational insight as needed
