Our client is in a comprehensive development and transformation phase, with the aim of delivering one of West Sweden's largest construction and infrastructure projects, combined with a changing external environment marked by increased demands for security and risk management, as well as new leadership within the organisation.
The CEO sees a growing need to develop the company at a qualified strategic level and therefore wishes to strengthen capabilities in this area for a period of time. In the role of Senior Advisor to the CEO, you will provide support in the governance and management of the organisation.
The assignment involves acting as a Senior Advisor in an advisory capacity, supporting the business on strategic and operational matters. You will be responsible for rapidly assessing the current situation, creating structure, and driving activities forward. The focus is on leading or supporting initiatives within areas such as procurement, governance, or business development, while ensuring progress and results in a complex and dynamic environment.
Your work will include, for example:
Processes and assessments within corporate governance
Strategic business development
Development of security and protective security work
Structure, systematics, and development of management systems, project governance, and certifications
Strategic investigations and opinions within areas such as investment activities and technology development
Negotiation in business dealings, contracts, etc.
Mentoring and training
Business development
Acting as interim manager or experienced project manager when required
Tasks associated with corporate governance and management
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education within a technical field
Extensive experience in corporate governance
Many years of experience as a strategic leader and leader of leaders
Industry experience within process industry, construction and infrastructure, the public sector, technology development, or equivalent
Many years of experience in business development, management systems, project governance, and enterprise-wide operational systems
