Our client is a nationwide technical contracting and service company specializing in construction, industry, and infrastructure. The company employs more than 1,000 people and generates an annual turnover exceeding DKK 3 billion.
For the company’s Infrastructure Division, with a turnover of approximately DKK 350 million, we are seeking an Interim Regional Director to take overall responsibility for operations in the Greater Copenhagen area. The role includes direct management of three department heads and indirect leadership of around 25 salaried employees and 150 hourly workers.
The Interim Regional Director will be part of the Infrastructure management team.
Responsibilities
• Provide managerial oversight and ensure progress across construction projects.
• Secure clear prioritization and coordination within and around ongoing projects.
• Maintain focus on project economics, liquidity, and adherence to deadlines.
• Foster collaboration and coordination with colleagues outside the Infrastructure division.
• Participate in tender processes and ensure accuracy in calculations and cost estimates.
• Report on project status and key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the implementation of the department’s internal development program for project managers.
