Our client is a Danish-owned food group with a strong international presence. The company operates in a dynamic market and is active in around 100 countries.
We are looking for an Interim Quality Manager who can take full responsibility for the company’s quality management — both nationally and internationally.
The Quality Manager will be part of the executive management team and report directly to the company’s CEO. The role includes leadership responsibility for 10 employees divided between QA (4) and QC (4) teams in Denmark and a QA team (2) at a production site abroad.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Quality department staff, including Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
• Ensure food safety and product quality through continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system (IPW).
• Further develop procedures and quality controls to raise operational quality standards.
• Support operations with root cause analyses and deviation management.
• Handle and process customer complaints.
• Maintain certifications and quality standards such as IFS, HACCP, organic, halal, and kosher.
• Train and supervise production to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality requirements.
