Interim Quality Manager

Our client is a major player within the social and healthcare sector, for whom we are seeking an experienced Interim Quality Manager for a central role in a nationwide quality effort.

The assignment is operational and requires a solid understanding of legislation, supervision, and quality assurance within the social sector - and experience from or strong knowledge of the Social Supervision Authority (Socialtilsynet) is essential.

The client is undergoing a strategic development and strengthening of the quality team. The interim profile will have independent responsibility for follow-up, development, and implementation of quality initiatives across multiple units, including support to operations managers and sparring regarding incidents, documentation, and compliance.

Tasks and responsibilities include, among others:

• Lead the strategic quality agenda for the business area in accordance with the group’s goals and standards
• Support operations managers and local teams in quality work
• Contribute to analysis and learning based on incidents and inspections
• Preparation and updating of local guidelines and procedures
• Training and support related to quality systems and documentation
• Support start-up and shutdown processes of operational units to ensure quality compliance from day one
• Participation in meeting forums and follow-up processes
• Support Social Supervision Authority processes and ensure quality in deliveries

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with quality work within the social or healthcare sector
• In-depth knowledge of requirements from the Social Supervision Authority
• Independent and collaborative approach
• Strong focus on documentation, guidelines, and follow-up
• Comfortable in the role as specialist and advisor
