Our client is a Nordic subsidiary of an international group with a strong market presence and currently on an exciting growth journey.
The company’s core business is the distribution of industrial ingredients, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and personal care products. They are known for their high-quality service and value-adding capabilities across the supply chain.
The current QHSE Manager will step down at the end of May 2022, and the management team is seeking an experienced Interim QHSE Manager to ensure continuity and stability until a permanent hire is in place.
Responsibilities and Key Objectives
• Ensure smooth daily QHSE operations during the interim period.
• Secure a successful ISO 9001 audit during summer 2022.
• Participate in the new warehouse facility project, including the GDP certification process.
• Oversee the handover from the current manager and later to the permanent replacement.
• Support, develop, and lead the QHSE team of two employees through the transition period, maintaining focus and prioritization.
• Maintain a positive, open communication style and strong collaboration across the organization.
• Occasional travel to the company’s site in Malmö (up to twice a month).
