The company is an innovative Danish business that is part of an international group.
It is a market leader within its industry, and its products are sold globally. The company develops and manufactures mechanical and electronic solutions as well as related software.
Within the development department, several major projects are ongoing, and the company is now seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute these projects.
The Project Manager reports directly to the Director of Development.
It is essential that the candidate has experience with technical products and development processes.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Overall management and execution of projects.
• Ensure that each project has a clear project description, including specifications of expected deliverables, timeline, budget framework, and appropriate project organization.
• Secure effective communication and information flow within the project team, ensuring all participants are well-informed.
• Provide regular status reporting for projects - including decision proposals for stop/go and variance-oriented reporting.
• Ensure optimal collaboration and meeting structure between the project group, steering committee, and external partners.
• Execute projects in a controlled and structured manner according to the company’s Product Development Model.
• Develop templates for project processes.
• Ensure that developed or modified products have the necessary foundation for production and sales, including the technical documentation and approvals required for commercialization.
• Ensure that, when transferring products to production, a complete Technical Product Documentation is prepared or that existing documentation is updated.
• Ensure that developed or modified products comply with all applicable legislation and market requirements.
• Secure the execution of design review and design release meetings according to agreed frameworks.
