Our client is looking for an experienced

Interim Project Director to oversee and execute several large-scale infrastructure projects running in parallel across multiple sites - primarily within the Greater Copenhagen area.

The role includes leadership responsibility for four independent Project Managers and requires a strong operational mindset, robust leadership, and deep expertise within contracting, construction, electrical installations, project advisory, financial management, and stakeholder coordination.

The project portfolio represents a three-digit million DKK investment and holds high strategic importance for the organization. The Interim Project Director will report to the Enterprise Director for the relevant business area. The position offers a flexible setup with a mix of on-site and off-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure progress, profitability, and compliance with timelines across selected infrastructure projects

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of four Project Managers

• Oversee financial performance, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Provide regular reporting and risk assessments to senior management

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate has solid experience managing a portfolio of infrastructure or construction projects, with strong knowledge of contract law, project management, and client advisory. A technical background or understanding of electrical installations is considered a strong advantage.
