Interim Project Delivery Lead

For our client, an international group, we are seeking an experienced Interim Project Delivery Lead to support the company’s PMO team during a critical project phase focused on the implementation of SAP 4/Hana.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners across multiple countries to ensure successful project delivery while supporting the ongoing daily operations. You will report to the Commercial & Managing Director and play a key role in driving effective execution and implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Focus Areas

• Overall responsibility for project management and successful delivery of the SAP 4/Hana project.

• Provide operational and strategic support to senior management. • Coordinate and manage data processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Lead testing and validation of new solutions and processes. • Ensure a smooth transition and support phase post-implementation. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure effective integration and alignment. • Demonstrate informal leadership, guiding and motivating team members to maintain engagement and momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within large-scale implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of complex systems and processes with the ability to drive successful delivery. • In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is an advantage. • Experience with data management and ensuring data integrity within complex systems. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
