With 40 employees in production and as part of a larger privately owned company, we are urgently seeking an Interim Production Manager to take responsibility for the following areas:
• Lead production and warehouse within defined frameworks
• Responsibility for the planner, PTA, buyers, and foreman
• Participate in the implementation and operation of Navision for production management
• Ensure control of material inflow and capacity requirements
• Establish warehouse and inventory withdrawal processes
• Ensure reduction of delivery times while maintaining cost and quality control
• Optimize processes and responsibilities across production functions
• Improve the flow of goods and production throughout the company
• Collaborate and report closely with the project department
• Establish a scalable production facility
