The company is facing a major planned expansion that requires temporary leadership support and therefore needs an Interim Manager. We are looking for a person with solid management experience and the ability and willingness to engage employees in change processes.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Daily operations and management of the production shift teams
• Lead and plan daily work tasks
Accountable for
• Daily management of employees
• Ongoing dialogue with external staffing agencies regarding temporary workers
• Ensuring that work is carried out safely and responsibly to avoid accidents
• Ensuring that employees and temporary workers have the right competencies and training
• Securing stable production operations
• Ensuring routines and quality procedures are followed
• Keeping absenteeism within agreed targets
• Adherence to the shift team’s time budget
• Completing required registration and reporting tasks
• Preparing shift schedules to ensure proper staffing, also during illness and holidays
• Ensuring high employee satisfaction
• Ensuring employees receive relevant information
• Maintaining good cross-functional collaboration within the organization
• Achieving the department’s KPIs
