An Interim Manager is sought for a public sector role within Civil Preparedness and Crime Prevention during a transitional period.
The role involves an important function in further developing our client's civil preparedness and crime prevention work.
Strategic and operational leadership is essential for success in this role, including coordination of the overall work within civil preparedness.
Responsibility for staff management and supervision of employees within the organisation is included, as well as onboarding of new employees and budget responsibility in accordance with established governing documents.
A key part of the assignment is to coordinate crime prevention work, conduct training and exercises, represent the organisation in collaboration forums, and work with external stakeholders and internal functions to achieve action and quality.
The contract period is 7 months (June–December) with the possibility of extension. The assignment is estimated at 100% of full time during the contract period.
