Our client urgently requires an Interim Plant Manager to take over the leadership of the factory and prepare it for the transition to a permanent Plant Manager.
The responsibility is extensive and includes managing 300 employees, including 12 foremen working in three shifts.
The position reports directly to the COO.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute according to the production plans.
• Ensure optimal project start-up in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Secure an efficient and flexible production flow and optimal capacity utilization.
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality standard across all operations.
• Ensure that HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) forms the foundation for all activities.
• Other related managerial and operational tasks as needed.
