With approximately 500 employees, the company is seeking an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll administration, which currently consists of three employees. The company is private equity-owned.

Responsibilities

• Handle reimbursements and reconciliations

• Payroll controlling, including salary development analysis

• Manage collective agreement matters (DI agreement)

• Process optimization, including simplification and modernization

• System implementation of D365 (Navision) and phase-out of XAL for payroll calculation

• Enhance and improve Lessor, the payroll module

• Lead a team of two employees

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in payroll execution

• Maintain and develop a visible and collaborative payroll department, working closely with management, HR, and union representatives

• Reporting to public authorities, including municipalities
