Our client is part of a large international company with more than 850 employees across the four Nordic countries.
The company urgently needs a Project Manager for a large international change project, where the HR track is one of several key workstreams. Within the HR track, you will be responsible for implementing a new global HR system across the Nordics. You will ensure that the Nordic part of the project follows the overall plan — while also adapting and breaking it down to meet local requirements.
Your main task will be to plan, coordinate, secure commitment, and follow up on progress.
Your stakeholders will primarily include the Nordic Program Management, Global HR, local HR in the four Nordic countries, as well as Global and Nordic IT.

Primary Tasks
• Project planning
• Resource management/allocation
• Organize and lead planning and status meetings with the project team
• Report on project progress
• Conduct status meetings with the steering committee/program management
• Lead meetings and prepare minutes
• Coordinate meetings with the IT system vendor
• Help solve obstacles and issues as they arise
• Handle ad hoc tasks
The Candidate
• You have previous experience working in an HR function and therefore understand typical HR processes
• You have either worked with or implemented a major HR system in an international company
• You have strong project management experience and are comfortable collaborating across the Nordic region
