We are looking for an Interim MD for a sales- and manufacturing company in Thailand. The company is a subsidiary of a Swedish corporation listed on Nasdaq OMX in Stockholm.The Interim MD has the overall responsibility for the company including finance, sales, application engineering, project management, service and production. Total staff of 40-50 people. Turnover of 300 MTHB with challenging result.The interim manager is reporting to SVP for one of the divisions in the Group
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as MD or similar for a subsidiary of an international group in the South East Asia region. Preferably Thailand.
- Long experience of change management and turnaround of B2B midsize companies
- Experience of running industrial manufacturing operations.
- Fluent in English
The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and is planned for at least 6 months or until a permanent position is in place. Location is close to Bangkok.
