The Assignment:

Our client, an international group, is seeking an experienced Interim Manager to support the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams during an ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation.

The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of key processes, data integrity, and operational stability throughout the transition and subsequent hypercare phase.

Key Focus Areas:

• Support and coordination of SAP S/4HANA implementation (Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain Management)

• Master Data Management including prices, weights, and discounts

• Data testing and communication with 3PL partners

• Project management and hands-on support during the hypercare period

• Collaboration with internal and external warehouse operations

• Providing informal leadership, guidance, and process alignment across teams

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics operations

• Strong experience with master data management in ERP systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams in complex implementation environments
