Our client is a Company with their headquarters in western Skåne. They are looking for an Interim Manager Marketing. The position holder will be responsible for a team with 6 marketing professionals.
Key responsibilities
This role involves driving business growth through strategic and operational marketing that builds customer base, generates demand, and creates measurable value for the organization.
Your Mission
Ensure that marketing contributes to business goals such as increased sales, customer satisfaction, and market share.
Lead the team with clarity, responsiveness, and the ability to navigate complex environments with many stakeholders.
Develop and execute data-driven, channel-optimized marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the target audience.
Work closely with sales, product, and other business areas to create integrated campaigns and communication.
Identify and implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve precision in targeting
The ideal candidate is a tactical doer with exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and target group behaviors. The role reports to Head of Sales and Marketing and is a part of the Retail business.
Qualifications
University degree or similar work experience
+3 years of experience in a managerial position within Marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Marketing strategies and campaigns, driving sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
Thorough understanding of the marketing landscape, strong leadership, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and tactically, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience managing budgets and external agency relationships.
Passion for the market and staying current with industry trends.
Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
The interim assignment is full time, will be executed on site (no hybrid) and expected to start as soon as possible and last for 6 months.
