Our client is looking for an interim department manager who can ensure stable operations and manage the extensive contact network with many external stakeholders.
The area of responsibility focuses on strategic business and land development, future property projects, and energy planning, as well as overall municipal planning within this field.
The Organization
In recent years, the department has experienced significant growth and a high a
ctivity level due to general societal development.
The team possesses strong professional competencies and manages much of the daily operations independently.
There is therefore a need for an interim leader who can:
• Ensure overall task prioritization
• Provide personnel management
• Maintain a positive dialogue with external stakeholders in a political context
Profile
• You are a leader who is confident in yourself and your leadership style
• You are outgoing and enjoy discussing and taking responsibility with both internal and external stakeholders such as investors, developers, and growth companies
• You likely have a background as a lawyer, engineer, or within public administration
Organization
Currently, there are 7 employees in the department.
The position reports to the Director of the department, who will retain some tasks but needs the right wing man/woman until a permanent department manager is in place - expected by January 1, 2022.
