Company Description:

A Danish manufacturing company, part of a larger group, focused on quality, precision, and operational efficiency. The company is seeking a structured and detail-oriented Interim Manager to review and strengthen its internal controls, processes, and governance.

The objective is to ensure accurate inventory control, validated transactions, and data reliability across all operations. The position reports directly to the Group COO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Control: Ensure that all processes are followed and that all registrations are accurate and timely.

• Inventory Management: Oversee and verify purchase orders and reconcile them with received quantities.

• Process Optimisation: Build and document new processes where needed to improve accuracy and transparency.

• Production Oversight: Ensure correctness of bills of materials and production orders.

• Stock Accuracy: Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain precise quantity records.

Profile:

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a highly structured approach to work. You bring hands-on experience with production control and inventory management, and have previously been responsible for accurate data registration and documentation.

Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments will be a clear advantage.
