Company Description:
A healthy Danish HVAC company specializing in large-scale construction projects and new builds. The company is owner-managed and has achieved steady annual growth based on strong technical competencies, dedication, and close customer relationships.
Assignment:
Due to the company’s size and increased documentation requirements, there is a need for more structured processes and well-defined workflows for major construction projects.
The Interim Manager will, in close collaboration with the owner and the Head of Construction, be responsible for analyzing current processes and workflows. Based on this, the manager will develop and implement new structured processes with clear requirements for reporting and documentation—and most importantly, ensure successful implementation throughout the organization and across projects.
The goal is to increase project quality, enable early identification of deviations, achieve better utilization of resources and competencies, and improve transparency throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze the current organization, processes, and workflows.
• Optimize processes with focus on structure and documentation, while maintaining the company’s existing strengths.
• Assess the organization’s readiness for new processes.
• Prepare decision-making material for the owner.
• Ensure full implementation of new procedures across the organization.
Profile:
The ideal interim manager has experience from a company working with construction projects from customer contact and tender phase through project development, contracting, design, production, and delivery.
The right candidate has a proven track record in developing value-creating structures and workflows within a construction organization.
Experience in building and managing one’s own successful company will be considered an advantage.
