Our client is an international industrial service company providing specialized services to large-scale process plants, refineries, and power stations across Denmark.
The company operates a project-based business model and serves a portfolio of well-established, high-profile clients. The projects are technically complex and require strong operational and commercial leadership.
With a solid financial foundation, an annual turnover of approximately DKK 400 million, and around 350 employees (including 40 white-collar staff), the company is now looking for an experienced Interim Head of Sales and Operations to take overall responsibility for Danish operations, including both commercial development and operational excellence.
The Interim Head of Sales and Operations will report directly to the CEO and join the executive management team. The role includes direct leadership of several department managers and indirect leadership of a larger group of project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L responsibility for the Danish business
• Lead and oversee daily operations across all departments
• Portfolio management and strategic resource allocation across projects
• Drive business development and identify new commercial opportunities
• Optimize internal processes, routines, and workflows
• Build and maintain strong client relationships at C-level
• Ensure high standards of project delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction
