Our client is a PE backed group owning and operating significant and independent brands in the European healthcare service industry.
The company was founded +25 years ago and is operating in 4 European countries with +1.000 employees. It has shown remarkable growth and expect this to continue for coming years - 50-70% yearly.
The Interim Head of IT will report to the Group CFO and have a report from Head of Digital Compliance & Security.
The company is highly digitalized and operates in a lean setup with a larger number of vendors and outsourced services within IT.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop and deliver the IT roadmap in collaboration with the CFO and CEO (including infrastructure, BI, CRM, AI, data analytics, integrations, and cybersecurity).
- Responsible for the IT budget - including procurement, vendor negotiations, and evaluation of ROI on IT initiatives.
- System owner of an industry-specific digital platform - responsible for prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and vendor management.
- Overall responsibility for IT infrastructure and integration landscape across countries.
- IT Security Lead - develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and incident response plans.
- Vendor management and support oversight - ensure quality and compliance in agreements with external IT support partners.
- Support for system ownership in other functions - assist with vendor selection and development specifications.
- Collaborative relationships with Management, Finance, HR and Marketing.
