Our client is market leader in Scandinavia and part of a global group with HQ in US.
The Scandinavian business has around 1.200 employees and multiple locations in Denmark (Scandinavian HQ), Sweden and Norway.
The client is in a financially strong position and is looking into growth across Scandinavia. Our client has made several acquisitions lately and is looking to continue this. The IT operation is centralized in Denmark with no local IT in SE and NO.
Main focus must be around issues with newly rollout of ERP system in Denmark (and later rest of Scandinavian). Launch was primo 2023 with implementation partner.
Our Interim Head of Group IT is leading a dedicated team of 5 people and reports to Group CFO in Scandinavia.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team.
- IT operation.
- ERP implementation
- Project management.
- Stakeholder management.
- Negotiate with implementation partner.
