The Interim Head of Finance - Cluster North will work in an international Matrix organisation reporting to CFO of Europe. The Cluster contains 8 legal entities ranging from Finland to France.

The Assignment
As Interim Head of Finance Cluster North, you will be responsible for:
- Leading an experienced finance team of approx. 20 FTE across multiple countries within the cluster.
- Leading the employees are mainly done virtually due to many different locations.
- Manage the areas of credit, financial controlling, finance, and procurement. Ensure execution of treasury, tax, legal, and compliance in line with regional standards
- Ensuring robust financial and legal compliance across all cluster entities - subject to IFRS
- Overseeing reporting, controlling, and process optimization—with Excel-based controlling as a central element.
- Manage the interface to Shared Service Centre for Accounting and monitor performance.
- Ensure financial perspective in decision making throughout the Cluster and establish financial consciousness
- Supporting transformation and process harmonization, including preparation for a significant SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Building cost consciousness and financial acumen throughout the organization.
- Collaborating with external partners, and auditors.
