For our client, who is experiencing strong growth, we are looking for an experienced leader who can take charge and manage a team of 70 employees, including team leaders.
Strong leadership skills in communication, motivation, and change management are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Distribution planning with a commercial mindset - close dialogue with sales and customers regarding deliveries.
• Experience with own fleet/drivers and route planning is an advantage.
• Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will act as a key driver in a transformation process that includes:
• Developing performance management and KPIs
• Identifying improvement opportunities, initiating change projects, and driving them to successful completion
• Setting direction, leading by example, and showing the way forward
• Ensuring optimal operational flow
