Our client is a global medical device manufacturer with more than 70 years of experience developing, producing, and marketing innovative products to healthcare professionals in over 100 countries.
In recent years, the company has experienced significant growth and is supported by strong investors who are ready to accelerate this journey further. The company is profitable, has solid margins, and operates its own production facility with approximately 350 employees in total.
The Interim Financial Controller will join a Group Finance team of six people and report directly to the Director, Group Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly consolidation and reporting to both the company and its holding structure (6 entities)
• Participate in the preparation of monthly reports to the Board of Directors, banks, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of monthly closings and variance explanations
• Perform financial controls and reconciliations
• Participate in the forecasting and budgeting processes
• Act as Business Partner for HR, Legal, and Finance
