Our client, a privately owned Danish partnership-based company, is seeking an experienced
Interim Finance Manager
to lead and stabilize its finance function. The company operates as a project-driven organization, working with ongoing projects and complex project accounting, and is a market leader within its field.
The Interim Finance Manager will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. The role includes leadership of six employees and close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and consolidate the finance department, ensuring structure and stability
• Establish strong financial processes, including efficient monthly closing
• Build monthly and quarterly reporting as well as budget follow-up routines
• Automate relevant parts of the finance function
• Act as a financial sparring partner for management regarding investments, depreciation, and key figures across departments
• Continue driving digital transformation initiatives within finance workflows
• Develop the controller function, including recruitment
• Support the integration of HR administration and payroll systems
