A Nordic rights organization based in Copenhagen is seeking an Interim Finance Manager with strong leadership skills and solid business understanding.
You will manage a team of 5 employees in a combined operational and managerial role and report directly to the CEO.
The position is hands-on and requires extensive experience within finance functions as well as documented experience with Business Central implementation.
You will be responsible for the financial management of a Nordic entity while also supporting the parent company’s finance team during the CFO’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the finance team and oversee daily operations
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to management and the board
• Take over tasks and responsibilities from an experienced colleague
• Participate actively in the Business Central implementation (new setup and upgrade)
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
• Proven experience as Finance Manager/Head of Finance, both operationally and strategically
• Documented experience with Business Central implementation
• Strong leadership skills, collaborative mindset, and curiosity
