Interim Finance Manager for an international production and e-commerce company - 6 months in Odense.
Our client is looking for an Interim Finance Manager for their international business, which includes make-to-order production units abroad as well as several e-commerce platforms.
The company has a turnover of approx. DKK 400 million and is on a growth journey. It is part of a larger group — Europe’s largest within its sector — with a total turnover exceeding DKK 4.5 billion.
The Interim Finance Manager will be part of the management team and report directly to the company’s CEO. The role includes direct leadership of 5 employees covering accounting, payroll, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility for the finance function across 3 factories in 3 different countries and 3 major brands, plus several smaller ones sold exclusively online
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting to Group HQ
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cost and price analysis
• General accounting
• VAT reporting in multiple countries
• Overall liquidity management and payment approvals
• Ongoing sparring with individual departments
• Coordination and communication with Group Finance at HQ
• Contact with banks, auditors, DIBS/Nets, and other external stakeholders across countries
