We are looking for an Interim Finance Manager for an innovative Danish company that is part of a private equity-owned group.
The company is market-leading within its industry, developing and producing IoT solutions sold globally. The company is on a growth journey, requiring further professionalization of the finance function.
The Interim Finance Manager will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO. The role includes responsibility for four employees.
Responsibilities
• Establish monthly and quarterly reporting to Group HQ
• Build robust financial processes, including an efficient month-end closing
• Continue the development of the new NAV system to support operations and reporting
• Automate relevant financial processes
• Establish a controlling function
• Develop a BI setup
• Manage budget follow-up and ensure accuracy
• Prepare the annual accounts
• Maintain dialogue with banks, pension, and insurance partners
• Lead and develop the finance department
• Oversee HR administration
• Act as a sparring partner to management on investments, depreciation, and financial KPIs across departments
